By placing an order on this website, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
The offered lamps are:
handmade
specially crafted after ordering
or unique, one-of-a-kind designs
Small variations in color, texture, or material are inherent to the handmade character and do not constitute grounds for complaint or return.
After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.
Subsequently, a payment link will be sent via email.
After receiving payment, the lamp will be crafted.
Once the lamp is ready, it will be shipped.
The expected delivery time will be communicated via email.
The complete process – from payment to shipping – can take up to two (2) weeks after payment is received.
Delivery takes place by shipping to the address provided by the buyer. Pyramidlamp.com is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Make sure the delivery address is entered correctly.
Returns are not accepted because:
the lamp is specially made for the buyer, or
it is a unique piece that cannot be replaced.
This falls under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal for custom work and unique products (Article 6:230p BW).
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

damage caused by improper use of the product
indirect damage or consequential damage
damage occurring after delivery due to external factors
